Q: How many days per week do you collect garbage in an area?

A: do.cleanup currently provides a once-a-week curbside garbage service. The day of pickup depends on your location. Call us today to see when we service your area.

Q: What garbage items can I put out on my weekly pickup day?

A: We will pick up your typical daily household trash. 

No tires, please.

Any heavy or bulky items you want to be picked up, please contact us ahead of time

Q: Can I have large items picked up?

A: We will gladly haul away bulky items. This is to be done and billed separately from your weekly curbside service. Contact us for a free estimate.

Q: What time should I take my trash out for pickup?

A: We ask all customers to have their carts to the curb before 7:00 AM on your scheduled pick-up day.

Q: What if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

A: During holiday weeks, all regularly scheduled collections on or after the holiday will be shifted by ONE  day. 

Example: If Monday is a holiday, and your pick up date is  on Monday, collection will instead be made on Tuesday.
